You Can't Wait Any Longer to Be Awesome

I'm like a proud papa today.  When you see your kids doing something awesome you can't help but swell up with a little pride.  And no, this is not a post about my kids but it is a post about family - The Factory Family.

The Factory Media Network (which you are currently on) is a company that at it's core believes in production of awesome things.  Everyone involved is producing something out of nothing.  Every person involved has their own style of art and from this art we are all trying to produce our dreams.  Long story short, the Factory exists to bless those who want to bless even more people.

And today we can't help but brag on some of the Factory Family!  So let's get this rolling!

Justin Ricklifs

Are you kidding me?  Justin decided he was going to dip his toes in guest posting on sites like The Huffington Post and hits a home run his first time at the plate.  Yep, you're seeing that right - over 227,000 shares on Facebook and over 727,000 likes!  For real?  Over 5200 people have emailed his post to friends! Justin and I had our first Mastermind meeting this month, just the two of us because we don't know who else to invite!  Justin will always try to give me credit on stuff but it's just a cover used by his humility.  I'm learning a bunch from Justin and his willingness to hustle, which I should of known after watching him play high school basketball!  Although this post blew up on Huffington post, Justin's great passion is for doing business right and I mean actual business. He has a background in sales and has lots of great stuff to share!  You won't be disappointed subscribing to his site at justinricklefs.com!

Alan Smyth

The Factory's first member!  Alan is a Young Life Regional Director in Los Angeles, CA.  I met Alan three years ago and learned he was about to publish his first book about the unique role of being a great dad to daughters.  This is what we do in the Factory, we want to help someone with a passion and knowledge bless a whole lot of people.  So, we helped Alan launch www.myfatherdaughter.com shortly after we met.  Alan had an idea, which I think has really made his site work, he involved two other people with an equal passion the topic of being great dads! So Alan, Kristy Fox, and Dr. Don Worcester carry the load publishing one post a week for each of them on their designated days!  Smart, right?  And get this - there best post got over 50K views! Alan was interviewed by a local news station in LA and Alan and Kristy have been interviewed on multiple radio shows as well!  Plus, Alan and Kristy have put on a couple of very successful conferences as well.  BUT WAIT, they're not done!  On their site as of today, you can register for their first upcoming webinar!  How cool is that!?  If you're a dad of a daughter, $15.95 is a bargain on the information you're going to get!

John Wayland

John is another Young Life staff guy who is also rocking the author life.  John has written two devotionals you can pick up on his site.  Simply put, John can't help but write devotionals and we wanted to help him have a place where he could do that often.  We love his humor and his ability to paint stories with his words.  If you need encouragement in your faith and need it often, then you should be a subscriber at www.johnwayland.com!  John continues to produce great content, which we are sure will lead to more books!

Kelsey Jenney

Seriously.  Is that not the greatest lead page you have ever seen?  Kelsey is another YL staff friend (I'm noticing a theme here) who has moved into a role where she is traveling and speaking. I think she is super talented and sold her on having a blog where she could be found online but she could also be a blessing to people with her words.  And sure enough, right out of the gate she is killing it!  It's going to be fun to watch Kelsey's site grow and it's just a matter of time until her site's subscribers list over takes my own!  How fun is that!?  You can find out everything you need to know and subscribe to Kelsey's site at www.kelseyjenney.com!

Melissa Voigt

That's right world, when we say The Factory Family, we mean family.  Melissa is the CEO, the head honchos, the Queen Bee, and the Quarterback of The Factory.  You probably didn't know it, but she's been in the game since 2011 writing about life, reading, parenting, as well as some craftiness.  We want to be a company of real people and we feel like Mel's site brings that to the table.  Mel's site is where our story is going to hang out.  We're currently working through the opening of a shop and Mel is the brain child to this next adventure for the Factory.  Mel has been involved in business since she was 14, so she keeps us business savvy and on the edge in home design (See sawed off golden deer head made of cardboard hanging in our living room).  You can follow and subscribe to Melissa's site at www.melissavoigt.com.

Those are a couple of family members in The Factory doing BIG things.  And we don't mean BIG just in a sense of how many people have visited their site, we mean BIG that they are producing their dreams!  Could there be anything cooler than that?

What about you?  Are you in a place where you have something you're passionate about but need help getting it out there online?  Don't wait any longer!  The Factory is here to help you if you're ready to put in the work!
