The intermingling of social media and creative leadership is going to continue to grow. I like to think of it as we are still on the diving board, we're not even in the pool yet when it comes to the how big the potential realm of social media in this new world of Web 2.0 and leadership. People don't go to the edge of the diving board for one reason: fear. Fear of change is the biggest threat and fear of lacking control is a close second. Leaders have to move past this and start engaging this new medium of leadership.
