Spring break is upon us! In Kansas City it's been a long cold winter so the thought of sun and fun has been taunting me for weeks! Maybe you've got plans to travel, maybe you've got plans relax at home for a week, either way I wanted to share with you what I will be reading over this time of rest and renewal and hopefully inspire you to pick up a book too!
This book is blowing my mind. If you're part of an organization, I highly recommend you read it. Unconsciously we create and fall into organizational patterns and there's reasons why this happens! And if we don't recognize why it happens we put our organization towards the direction of extinction because people are evolving in thought and our organization isn't. Again, if you lead people this is worth your time.
I read this book last year on Spring Break and I desperately needed it's insights. I made a promise to myself to re-read it every year and I've decided Spring Break is the perfect time because you can read it in a few sittings. If you need change or are resisting change, this book is for you!
I recently got the chance to meet Matt on a trip to Colorado Springs. Matt is super passionate about this subject and you wouldn't believe the names who endorse this book! Matt longs for each of us to know where our true identity comes from - the one who created us. I'm a few chapters in but I'm excited to finish this beautifully written reminder.
